    Block is flat. Double story and better than basic finish but not super fancy, say a medium finish

    ~ $1500m2 for turnkey properties but it varies between builders.

    To state the obvious... it depends on the market you're selling to. For what it's worth, Peter Koulizos uses this as a basic guide (turn key)
    $1,300 m2 single story
    $1,400 m2 double story

    He develops mostly in the southern suburbs, so a more upmarket area might require @Xenia 's $1,500 m2
