    Where could I find the reliable information for the cost of removal of slab and double garage? so that I can factor this in subdivision cost. Or any experience in converting garage to duplex? (yes I am greedy :oops:)

    Try calling a demolition company for a quote or an estimate.

    Demolition costs vary between states.

    If it is a colorbond garage put it on Gumtree
    If it's timber, offer it up for firewood
    As for the slab, add $4k to the site prep costs for tip fee's and have them remove as part of the build
