If you are working during the day you are welcome to jump on one of our office laptops, they all have access.

Wasn't there an ADELAIDE syndicate that shared a subscription? Lots of people are asking for this so maybe worth creating one.

I am looking for an investment property and also a property manager who would take of the rental etc.

I am with my spouse working full time and ready with the down-payment for the first property, working with few brokers to get clear picture about my borrowing capacity.

I shall drop you an email if you are ok for any property i shortlist and want to have RP data for the same.

Dave, can you give me an idea re costs for the service then?

 

I think our office one is 300 odd a month, but we have a few add-on features for it. Best bet is to call the SA sales rep and discuss your situation and they can quote you.

Not sure what type of work you're looking to do, but if its in real estate you'll likely work for another office first before going out on your own? If so the office would likely share it. Or look into one of the share groups posted on the forums.

 

Got a few ideas, going to let things evolve.
