Hi, could I get recommendations for good conveynacing lawyer in Sydney based upon your direct experience? Would prefer a small/medium size firm rather than a larger one. Someone that I can establish a long term relationship for multiple future purchases in Sydney over the coming years. Thanks for your advice.

We've been using these guys for over a decade for our own purchases and referred many happy customers to them - tell them Richard Morgan of Freedom Funding sent you and they'll look after you.

Thanks, will certainly give them a call. Do they have a dedicated team that does property conveyancing? Is there a particular solicitor that you recommend within this firm?

Thanks Terry. Is there a specific person/contact that you would recommend for conveyancing within this firm?

They're a small / medium size operation - split across property & other legal matters. I'd suggest talk to Matthew, Margaret or Pam for any conveyancing matters and George for anything else.

This thread is a few years old. I phoned the 2 companies recommended here: MGL and Kydon. Both quotes are exactly the same. Decision: which one? ;)

It is best when your property settlement has a real happy ending :p so make sure any extras are from an actual solicitor not some cheap conveyance r that cannot perform all functions for you.
