    Hi all,

Hope you are holding up well in iso.

I currently have a carport setup which sits on the side of the house to the fence, with a garage door. I am wanting to replace this setup with an enclosed brick garage with electric garage door and concrete floor. The garage is 11m long, with the entrance being 3.8m and the end 6.5m (kind of like a trapezoid). I am wanting to know if there would be an issue with building it to fence line (either the brick replaces the wooden fence, or the brick sits just shy of the posts) and does any one have any idea on a rough cost??

Get permits first, shouldn’t be an issue building. Cost could be $60k- building on boundary and being an irregular shape adds to the cost.
