Contract of Sale - Important Parts to consider??

    Usually contract of sale is a long document, could someone advise what are the key parts of this document that one should look at first that has the most important information from a House point of view?

    If NSW you would read the standard conditions about 10 times and then you would know most of it so you could skim it for the 11th contract onwards.
