    Hi all,

Looking at purchasing a property in Brisbane in the coming months. Just wanted to know how common it is to add a special condition to contracts to allow a property manager to show potential tenants through prior to settlement?

Obviously this is handy to reduce the time the property is left untenanted for post settlement.

    Thanks

    Sean

I've done this, but not as a contract condition. I've just asked the sales agent afterwards (who checked with their vendor) and they were ok with it.
