    Hi I was just wondering roughly how much construction would cost me to build a luxury residence per square metre including labor and landscaping? I'm trying to consider my options between building a home vs buying an existing home. Cheers

    Unfortunately as soon as you use the word "luxury", all estimates go out the window. It could be anywhere between $1300-$2500 per square metre based on the level of luxury, size of home, design considerations and everything else involved.
