Dodgy fly by night and gone tommorow

Most of the established services do offer a 100 % money back guarantee, which is only as good as the age and reputation of the organisation

I know its odd in this modern world, but many of the things I am associated with are teleconference type only - no webinar, no skype etc.

It can work very well, but then until one has a bite - who knows.

I know of very succesful professional sales people that will only work via phone or face to face

MBA would be considered a step towards that traditionally. That's accredited. Whether or not it is worth the money today is another thing.

Id suggest an MBA is a bit more than whats being sought here.

Most of the "succesful" leaders I know dont even have a Bachelors let alone an MBA, but then I dont spend much time in the corporate area these days, I have seen too many free range human beings developed outside of that environment

Yeah, MBA is on the cards eventually.

I like the real world experience more than classroom training but then having classroom as well only adds to it doesn't hurt anything.

Well, I can respect that. It does help to have experience going into a MBA and there are good, relatively low cost course options out there now.

I did a business qualification and the components were similar but did look at it a long time ago. I would talk to a recruiter as to its value in today's market. It certainly has more value than something that's not accredited.

I'd like to recommend Jaemin Frazer as a coach.

He has a book called "Elegantly Simple Solutions to Complex People Problems" which is a good place to start to his philosophy.

I'm an absolute self-help nut and he's the first person to put "it" all together in a way that I can actually digest and action.

Sounds a bit Army reserve like.

Certainly one option. They produce lots of leaders! Although leaders by definition are rare.
