    Greetings friends,

I hope we all had a great weekend and I thank you in advance for your input.

Just wondering if anyone is currently sending their condition reports digitally, whereby the tenants are able to fill in the ingoing condition report on their devices as opposed to the written condition report?

    Farewell for now

As a mostly paperless office, of course.

Could i kindly ask what program you're using for this? I am just wondering how a tenant on their end is able to fill out? Thank you

As a renter, my previous agency had a simple web form on their iPad, filled things in and asked me to sign at the bottom. All done on move in and inspections.

@D.T. What are you using? We've got plenty of options for digital signature, but not for tenants to fill out the forms digitally.

Hey again, you could look into Inspection Express or Inspection Manager.

Which system are you using at the moment?

I'm dying for paperless completely, but at the moment we still need to give two copies of the condition report - I'm not confident if actually challenged (despite consenting to electronic communications) that one copy via email will suffice just yet. I'm sure it must though.

I also use PropertyMe and would prefer to keep it all in one place, I could export it and load it into DocuSign and make it a editable PDF, but that's a lot of work for each report. So instead I just hand it over old school and scan it back when returned if they return it hard copy. I don't keep the hard copy.
