Sorry been flat out and haven't had a chance to update.

Some stone and vanity is in. Taps and mixers next. Being painted currently. Tile SB in kitchen to go in soon. Then flooring. Almost there.

Forgot to update. Most of the work complete. Apologies for poor quality snaps.

Are those Westinghouse appliances? Surely this price point requires something better?

What are the plans for the waste pipe in the bathroom under the vanity?

I will admit to not being a fan of the backsplash in the kitchen but that's just personal taste. Overall the improvements will make it a lot easier to sell.

    Hi Myf,

We've actually already 'sold' the place though the transaction isnt through yet. A family member is moving from Melb to Syd with a new born and wanted to buy it from us pre reno and wanted to have some input of the reno. Some items she chose including sb tile. Appliances i would ordinarily go Bosch but didnt need to here as they happy with these . The waste i may box it in or get a drop down panel at the back.

    That's good to hear.

The vanity waste could be boxed and tiled so it would hardly be noticeable.

PS I would smack your cabinetmaker for not matching the grain on your horizontal grain doors/drawers. That would drive me insane
