    I don't work for Rams anymore, I keep in touch with my old franchisee, who keeps me up to date with their policies, and I refer him a deal or two here and there.
    I have had a similar scenario previously with GST registration, in that case ABN had been registered for 1 year, (the policy is up to 70% LVR when abn only 1 year) but GST only a month. The story was one of a growing business. Initially the assessor declined it, but we got it through after a chat. There isn't a specific time frame for GST registration in their credit guidelines, so its case by case.

    Hi Tobe
    I was following your advice for a quite sometimes , my reason her is i'm confused for construction loan it look to me painful process , i bought a land in 2014 and settled in the same year and now i'm looking for construction loan looking to use the equity in my land what are the advise can you guide me .please
