    Hi,

    Of course you have to conduct your own research and exercise your due diligence. Thought I share the below with people on PC as I am sure some people may have some loose change for this. Wonder what the rental return may be and reason for the vendor to sell?

    I think it was interesting to read that there may be an opportunity to make it residential on the upper levels (developed).
