Colouring in high rise apartment

    Hi,

    Just checking if I should be worried about the colouring of the floor after a heavy rain. Please see attached picture.

    Get it checked with a moisture meter - it may be a flashing or membrane failure.

    Thank you. If it ends up being either problem, what would be the best way to fix the problem?

    Ah....replace the flashing or membrane. It does look like moisture wicking up from wet carpet and taking some dye with it. I suspect it will be a strata expense.
