…….. but I don’t want to give up the little things that give me joy:)

The medication works well, I rarely take it, only when necessary. Not a fan of medication, but…..

That's pretty much same restriction as for a pregnant woman!! I swear men have it much easier in life...

    A special blend actually.

I remember we were driving to Qld a few years ago I guess. We took a detour through Nimbin and stopped at the Hemp Cafe.

We had a brew and nobody could drive after that lol

Never heard of roobois - will need to investigate.

I've had to give up caffeine and coffee because of migraines.

I'm now on a permanent diet of green tea x 3 a day as a replacement - healthy and I like it. But may have to check out this "red tea" alternative.

    Decaf might be the way.

A neighbour tried to once sell me a decaffeinated coffee table . He reckoned you couldn't tell the difference lol

I’d rather die early than to give up coffee, chocolate or booze.

Try finding this in your local Indian grocery shop.

    - very low in caffeine
    - moderate amounts of L Theanine (promotes relaxation)
    - you can drink as much as you like (some people drink it throughout the day)
    - no impact on sleep (actually promotes better sleep)
    - greatly helps digestion

I stopped coffee except for social outings, and drink tea, and there are many types.

Drink decaf. It’s 99.9% caffeine free and I don’t taste the difference between that and caffeinated coffee.
