Cloud based Property Management

Hi
I am looking for online property management tool that will help me to manage the properties and tenants and to help me in following legal obligations. Any one got any recommendations please? I am managing all the 5 properties myself in Perth and sometimes find hard to keep track. Any members using/tried using Realrenta.com.au?
All suggestions are welcome.
Currently, I have all the information in the external hard drive and carry it around all the time to access property data and use internet banking to keep track of rent payments. I am looking for some software which will alert me if the tenants have not paid the rent and to do check tenancy data bases online before letting the house.

Hey Martin,
One of my clients that self manages his portfolio uses Eezirent. I don't have any personal experience with it, but by all reports he finds it very easy to use.
