    Try frankston sth. Or even frankston can still get in "Gould st" under a Mil just in Long island. Best spot in frankston for that price range. Right on the beach and in the heart of it all. Walk to absolutely everything.

    Hi OP, since you didn’t mention a standalone house or a big land block, townhouses in Edithvale, Aspendale or these suburbs on the quoted list could easily fit your budget.

    Except maybe Frankston south as it is a bit further off the train station so not really a walking distance.
    If the distance from beach is compromisable, one suburb away from the beach strip like Chelsea heights, Aspendale Gardens would easily afford you a big house with 4 bedrooms on a decent land parcel with good school options.
