    Wondering what others do with furnished rentals. Do you require tenants to clean soft furnishings (sofa, matttress, etc) on vacating? And can this be put in the lease? Or would it be like carpets where you aren't allowed to specify it must be cleaned (just has to look like it did at start of tenancy)?
