    Hi. Does anybody have any good, easy to understand info about clause 55 subdivisions in VIC? I'm speaking to a few builders and that seems to be a reoccurring suggestion.

    Read clause 55 of the planning scheme (you can find online) and asses how your development complies

    Most draftsman/architects have a 'standard' clause 55 response which they modify to suit individual projects.
    Don't think many would be too keen to just hand it out unless you enlist their services.
