    As a kid, we sought medical treatment oversea for cold/flu in a country that we did not have the best grasp of language.

    The doctor prescribed antibiotic supositories - much to the amusement of the doctor, one of the my siblings was trying in their best cherade type explaination that the cold was in their throat not up their bum.

    Good way of making sure people get the vaccine.
    If you don't have a vaccination passport, you'll have to show you're clean by getting a weekly anal covid test! :D

    Though having had a nose one, where they tried to extract my brain, maybe it's the better option!

    So in a week's time I AM travelling to China for a two month work trip.

    Jokes welcome, butt (heh) does anyone with experience have a couple of 'musts' for a Westerner to get by that aren't immediately obvious?

    I have already:
    installed two VPNs
    using WeChat
    had all usual travel vaccinations, plus both COVID jabs
