    I reckon the bigger worry is the impact on the Chinese and global economies.

    Who in their right mind would be transacting for such large purchases in midst of a viral-outbreak and with Gov and trade-bodies' induced quarantine?

    This is not 90% reduction in sales vol because there are commercial drivers behind the reduction. It is simply a timing issue and will translate into fever-pitch transactions once the quarantine is lifted and its business as usual!

    It is not timing. You cant do business organize inspections, finance conveyancers etc if they if they are closed even if you want to buy,.
