Hi everyone I would like some thoughts on the following property: 24 Wimpole Street, Noble Park North, Vic 3174 I am making my first inspection this weekend, and if I think it is in liveable condition, I am prepared to make an offer. I don't think the pictures give a good description on the quality of the house. The main attraction for me is the ability to subdivide while retaining the original house. I fear it is not close enough to surrounding amenities except the Dandenong Hospital, but still close to Waverley Gardens SC and several schools. It is far enough from the Eastlink and Princes Hwy as to not be noisy. Does anyone have any comments about this pocket of the area? Thanks in advance
