    I was just about to say that too. We have an ongoing dispute whether Bradley's on Flaxmil or Blakes on South rd is better.

    A shower screen, tri fold door, silver trim. $620 custom made. I will take more pics this weekend when everything is finished.

    Carpet and vinyl goes in today.

    Also, we are still waiting for settlement.

    And I see in the news that a house not far from mine in Christie Downs burned down overnight..

    Yeah the poor girl who inherited all the mistakes managed to sort it out. CBA weren't exactly helpful.

    Haha i cut it fine recently with cba, not entirely their fault but i now go to the branch here for the loan docs as it takes 5 days to get mail from East coast to west coast

    Remaining items:

    Bathroom:
    Replace damaged tiles
    Install vanity
    Install shower screen

    Laundry & Toilet:
    Add splashback
    Tile toilet

    Kitchen:
    Reinstall oven

    Outside:
    Remove rust from verandah and paint posts, drill some drainage holes
    Clean gutters

    Spend so far: $6.2k, I'm forecasting $7k all up.

    Gonna have to! The shower screen and vanity went in today, not much left now!

    I'm also moving house tomorrow... the new house hasn't even been cleaned and they only gave me one key. Why can't all landlords be like me lol
