    2k off asking. Still a record for the street. Are that many people superstitious? I never gave it a thought

    A friend of mine is Chinese and she lives in a no.44 in an Asian dominant suburb near Sunnybank. Quite a few offers from Chinese buyers when the house was on the market so I don't think it was a pretty problem at all. Very nice house though. No.666 is actually a lucky number in the Chinese culture.

    Depending on the council in Melbourne U can apply to Change the number easily if the number is for example 24 and u wanted it to be 22A u can do so only if there wasn't a 22A. If u go the likes of box hill and Doncaster in Melbourne u see a lot of these.
