Posted here a while ago but just after some more advice on my situation.

House and Land loan formally approved, land settled, account opened and beginning monthly repayments on the land (Principal+Interest). Waiting for house build to begin (March/April).

I am leaving my current job (Unavoidable) and been offered a role that's Casual but 40 hour weeks, same money i have been on for the past year (and what i was on when our loan got approved)

The casual thing is worrying me, even if it's temporary before being made perm.

I have been told that at this point, the bank wouldn't be checking, nor would they care as long as repayments are made.

We had to get LMI as we borrowed around 80% of purchase price, and they seemed to check things a lot (Credit, Employment)

So do i have anything to worry about?

Doubt the bank would care unless you were struggling with repayments.

All good. The bank isn't going to pull out now.
