changing a window frame colour after Planning permit endorsed

    Anyone have experience with changing colours after planning permit endorsed.

    How receptive are councils, and what time frames could one expect if seeking to change window frames color from a light to a dark....

    Is it as simple as getting neighbours consent and presenting to council for a noted amendment....

    Wait until the project is nearing completion, apply for a S96 with all the changes you have made. One fee, many amendments.
