Certificate of Registration

    Hi all, I am going to do the Certificate of Registration course, signing up today.

    Just curious as to if any of you would have a recommendation as to which is the best provider to use... given I will be undertaking it via online correspondence due to flexibility and speed.

    Do certain providers stand out on the CV/ resume as more credible, or is it all much of a muchness?

    Kaplan has it online $495
    REINSW online $625
    RETS online $475 with options to go further with study and add commercial and strata for $150 and $350 respectively.

    These seem to be the best ones I can find? Any other ideas


    Also, after I finish it how long does it take for the cert to arrive as ill be looking for work ASAP

    My personal preference is for the REINSW.
    Once paperwork is submitted to the OFT, it takes about 6 weeks for them to issue you a Certificate of Registration.

    Also look at OTEN ie thru tafe.

    OTEN is $485 so it looks like the best one considering one provider isn't going to look better than another on the CV considering ill have little experience regardless! Thanks for the info

    I'm thinking of doing this in April, in preparation for a future change in career ... and we'll because I just love property.

    I'm looking at the 5 day REINSW course - yes I could do it on line, but just feel it might be a nice opportunity to connect with like minded individuals.

    Has anyone done this? How did you find it, what was it like?
