Ceerose and other builders recommendations to buy property from?

    Hi All

    Just wonder is Ceerose a good builder? Can't see they are listed, anyone know their size?

    Also, do anyone have a list of who are the good builders/developers that worth buying apartments/property from?

    Do you mean listed on the ASX...? Not too many builders are that build apartments. Lend Lease, Watpac, not sure of any others off the top of my head.

    If you're talking about Builders in Sydney, my general rule of thumb is to look for those who also do other types of construction. Large Commercial, Industrial, etc.

    People like:
    Taylors, Richard Crookes, Multiplex, FDC, Cockram, AW Edwards, Lend Lease, Watpac.
