    Hi All,
    Does anyone know the CDC requirements for building a granny flat on the Gold Coast? Can't get a straight answer from the internet. In NSW it's defined - i.e. 450sqm, GF 60sqm, boundary setbacks xx etc.

    I need to know the setbacks (rear, side, and distance from main dwelling). Can ask council from Monday, but would be rather helpful to know now.
