Castle Hill (NSW) development direction (trend)

I am trying to buy an investment house in Castle Hill, but don't understand the land development trend, is it going to north west direction (castle st.) or going to south east direction (crane rd.)?

as the castle st direction land is quite flat, but Crane rd is close to Castle hill train station. and Castle Tower is current surrounded by 4 -ways main road, no clear direction is identified.

 

Castle Hill is going in all directions. But the main area of development will centre around the Showground precinct

 

you mean not in the castle tower around, showground instead

 

As far as future development sites go, there are more apartments planned around Old Castle Hill Road and some at the western end of Cecil Avenue, off Warwick Parade. But the main area where you are going to see apartments is Showground

 

the castle hill is mainly for business?

i mean if the current castle tower area is mainly for business, and is there any plan in crane road direction?

 

Right now its all retail. Significant resi is under construction. if you are Sydney based, maybe take a drive and see for yourself.
