Carpet cleaning costs these days?

    Hi All,

    I have a 2br/1bth with combined living and dining apartment that needs a carpet clean (in Narwee).

    The tenant is moving out on May 30th so need to organise some quotes for carpet cleaning Any one have anyone in the south/west Sydney area they specifically want to recommend?


    if not.....what did it cost you for carpet cleaning last time you did it (and how many rooms?). Even if you don't remember the company name would probably help us all out if you did a shoutout/post on your last jobs.

    No specific provider as I tell PM to use who they usually use so they can follow up if the job is not good. Usually clean up the entire place and not just carpet tho - was about $350 for 1 bed 1 bath

    im in vic I paid $160 for a 1 bed 1 bath with lounge room that was about 2 years ago

    Should be around $170 plus satin treatment starting $10 or more
    Parking fee if no free parking provided.

    Lol.....thanks Ernie but that question was 2 years ago :)

    This said just to circle back with the answer, we ended up hiring 4WallsCleaners.com.au to do both the carpet cleaning AND end of lease clean.

    Did a great job, i'd hire them again eg did all windows, walls etc, cleaned the top of the cupboards in the kitchen etc etc $318+GST

    I think they are pretty localised to southern sydney but we plan on hiring Sarina and her team again for our other apartments.
