G'day folks, Question for any posters here who know Carlingford quite well. I'm looking at a property which is located to the south of the suburb, bordering Dundas Valley. There appears to be (according to microburbs website) quite a lot of commission housing in that area of Dundas Valley (cox cres etc). Is there any spillover of trouble makers from Dundas Valley into that area of Carlingford? Cheers
Theres a reserve that separates the two (if its where im thinking). As with the rest of Sydney reserves seem to somehow block unsavoury characters from crossing (no idea why) but while there is a small amount of HC in Dundas valley the area has pretty much gentrified. Might see a few weirdos at the telopea shops (end of Evans rd) but their pretty harmless (usually older crowd)
