    Hi guys,

Does anyone has access to Carlingford flood zone maps? I check on Parra council website and they are charging $200 per property to provide this report with 2 weeks turnaround time!!

I looked in NSW planning website and turned on Bushfire and flood planning fliter and this is how it looks like. Assuming red/yellow is bush fire prone area and blue one is flood zone, Is this right? Is is safe to make conclusions from this website if the property falls in any hazard zone?

Your map is showing zero flooding risk in Carlingford, as I would have expected.

Just get a copy of the contracts of properties and they'll state if the land if flood or fire prone.
