Caravan Park - What impact will it have?

    Hi all,

    Curious as to what impact this will have on property/rent values in the area.

    The area highlighted below is where the caravan park works are underway.

    Is it an unfair stigma that caravan parks bring unsavoury characters to the area?

    Will it affect the median rent prices due to permanent resident sites being listed at a much lower average then the surround properties?

    Any case studies or real locations where something like this has happened in the past?

    Any thoughts or conjecture would be greatly appreciated.

    Check out " Maslins Beach SA"
    A small beach side suburb in SA with a caravan park "being" built or proposal being submitted.
