    Hello,

    Does anyone have a perspective on Capital Growth data for Adelaide and Perth at present ? Both markets appear to have great yields at present but I am curious around capital growth. My memory is that Perth went through stagflation after hyper growth during mining boom - what does the next 10 yrs look like ? Adelaide is a highly livable city - what are the thoughts on capital growth ? Cheers
