    Hi Guys,

Which estate do you reckon will see the most capital gain within the next 5 to 10 years - woodlea estate or atherstone estate?

    Please give your reasons.

I need to make an urgent decision.

    Thanks

Tough one. I went with Atherstone with the train station and hospital coming in. Hard to tell though.

Same i think atherstone is showing alot more potential even though woodlea looks quite nice.

Woodlea looks well designed and you can see the developer investing a lot into it. It has a well ranked (comparative to other western suburb school) Bacchus Marsh grammar which is an affordable grammar school.

Atherstone has the advantage of a future hospital but its too close to Melton for my liking.

Overall, in comparison to other new estates, i expect both Woodlea and Atherstone to do well.
