    I will book the place at civic pub from 6pm on the 10th Aug if no one is keen on the 5th.

    From my understanding, they can only do it on weeknights.

    All good. Weekends work better for me given it is a 3 hour drive to get there but can understand it may be easier for locals.

    You will never suit everybody.

    Perhaps pick a weekend one time, and a weekday the next.

    Give people two weeks notice, and create a new thread about the date which has been decided.
