Have fun with the $1 hotdogs!
1 is good, 2 is a enough, 3 is pretty gross.

Well, not bad really. I like it being all one level - much easier for a wheelchair. Nothing too new from a year ago in Sydney. Don't try and buy anything though - the lines at the checkouts, even the self-service - were 10+ long of people with filled trollies!

If looking in Mawson, this property has intrigued me and has been reduced a lot in price. I'm not in a position to buy at the moment but considering the land value is $371000 seems like a potential renovator. 3 Rymill Place, Mawson Real Estate For Sale

Hmm, looks like it's joined to the house next door.
And the block size is only 299m2, that's pretty small.

Yeah it's free title but adjoined so a bit like a townhouse with some scope to improve.

Saw this on facebook today - thought I'd just leave it here :)

Not sure I agree (or even understand) some of them.

Civic and Manuka made me giggle, I don't get Belconnen though.

I agree. But would be nice nonetheless. I have vested interest having 3 houses here.

    Cheers

I know I bang on about the Inner North but I wouldn't be surprised if Dickson, Downer, Hackett, Watson, etc have jumped by 20% in the last year. It's not easy picking up something decent for sub $700k in old working class Downer these days.

    Cheers

Good old Good Neighbour volleyball... it's in its 50th year!
Will I go and inspect some properties though.... 64k dollar question....

Ah yes, Good Neighbour - went a couple of times about 4-5 years ago but not since. Fond memories (of losing :D).

I would've liked to have picked one up in Hackett.
Ainslie would have been even better.

Probably spot on re Tuggers, half the people I see at Hyperdome or in Erindale are kinda like that.
