    Hi guys,

I am very low on experience and am extremely time-poor due to my work so I can definitely see the value in investing a few thousand dollars if it means I would end up buying a suitable investment property.
I'm currently looking at investing in an investment property further out of Sydney (maybe Orange, Mudgee etc.).
Current budget for a house is around $500k, with the plan to purchase a total of 2 investment properties by end of next year.

I've gone looking around here without knowing what to look for specifically:
Location: NSW | Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia (REBAA) Inc.

However, I understand that Buyers Agents are quite specialised in specific areas.

Can anyone share their experience or make some recommendations for me?

I don't have any recommendations for regional NSW but have you considered purchasing inter-state? With a 500k budget, you would be able to purchase an established property in Brisbane, Adelaide, or Perth. Many pockets within these markets have strong levels of demand and appear primed for growth in the next few years. Moreover, they also offer great yields making it easier to hold a property throughout the duration of your ownership.

    Thanks, Branden.
I am definitely considering interstate as well. I've just come off a bad purchase in Brisbane that I'm still sorting out so I figured I would try regional NSW for my second try since I'm also from NSW.
That said, do you have anyone you would recommend for other states as well?

Fair enough, it may be a good idea to diversify your portfolio by purchasing into different markets. I will DM you with some recommendations.
