I've no idea real idea what the Brisbane market is doing. People say it is doing well, others say it is experiencing a slow rise.

We had an open house at Camp Hill today with 25 groups through.

There was a second inspection late this afternoon with two other second inspections tomorrow morning.

A friend told me the average house on re.com in Coorparoo gets 300 hits and in Camp Hill houses are getting 600 hits. (I've no idea over what timeframe that is.)

Fingers crossed this sells quickly because I'm sick of being there, painting, cleaning, hot and sweaty and looking like a homeless person.

    Good luck.

In Camp Hill, I wouldn't be at all surprised if you're signing a contract before dinner time tomorrow.

I think there's a lot of places in Camp Hill that have the potential for views that haven't been taken advantage of yet.
Good luck with the sale I hope you get a good price
