Should be easy access to PT as a plus, pricing should reasonable. Can’t comment on that exact estate, Generally in Narre there is a massive difference in demographics between the North, south etc. Look at demographics & median prices to guide you but simply the further north you go, the better. Also look at the property type for your proposed purchase. What type? Is it in demand for tenants and/or buyers? Good luck
