Buying in Hobart: Building inspector recommendation and what is the negotiation process with agent?

    Hi All,

    Looking at buying a home to live in Hobart.
    From Sydney and obviously there is a different process in negotiating with the agent and how that is all done? (they don't seem to tell me the figure that needs to be put forward to beat the other buyers)

    Also any recommendations regarding a building inspector?

    Anything else to consider?
