Buying first home

Many people will ask for help and then barely acknowledge the people who bothered to reply. Some wont reply at all, even when they ask for help (and it is given) in PMs.

All I want to acknowledge is how refreshing it is to see a person such as yourself with such manners and gratitude to those helping.

 

My advice - dont play games with the agent, you may only buy 2-3 houses in your lifetime, they sell many more in a year and know all the games played.
