Hi, I’m a first home buyer. If I reserve a land which will be registered in 2022 today and in few months buy another property, say an apartment less than 650k, would I still be eligible for FHB stamp duty exemption as I didn’t actually buy the land just reserved it with 5% deposit.

    Thanks

I let someone else answer the FHB stamps question, but I'd advise you to reconsider buying a block of land and/or apartment almost anywhere in the country. Both are high risk moves, if you're not 100% sure of what you're doing. Not suggesting you aren't sure, just thought I'd tip in some friendly advice.
