WA Buying a 4x2 in Sinagra/Ashby

    I am planning to buy my first home in WA. Would anyone be kind enough to share their opinion on Sinagra and Ashby suburbs. Thanks

    I wouldnt. Lots of better locations in Perth

    Probably one of the last places I would ever buy an investment properly in Perth.

    But also, if its for your own home, then does that really matter? Wouldn't your decision be based primarily on personal reasons?

    what @thatbum said. Depends on the purpose. Are you buying it as your own home or for investment purposes? If it's for investment, how does this fit in with your overall strategy? If you don't have a strategy, i would put some thought to that first and then start thinking about types of property and their location.

    Thank you for your feedback. For now, I intend to live in that property but in the long run (3-5 years' time) I might rent it out...

    If you plan on turning it into an investment property
    Then what I have learnt on here would be there are better places to invest
