I would like info regarding using a buyers agent to assist with the purchase of my first IP, and the general process/costs associated. I had not previously considered using one however I mostly what I read on here posters praise them and wouldn't not use one. I am looking to buy in Glenroy/Fawkner or possibly Sunshine/Sunshine North. If somebody could please point me in the right direction to a BA who would be familiar with these areas that would be appreciated. Thanks
@D.T. I'll take a look at @Otie 's budget and go from there. Most stock in the likes of Sunshine & Sunshine West goes to auction which is tricky for those needing subject to finance, so this is an example of where access to stock before it is listed is helpful. Fawkner prices will put most folks into a unit due to budget.
