Buyers Agent recommendations for Melbourne sub 700K

Hi all,

Looking for recommendations of a good buyers agent in Melbourne with local knowledge of the eastern suburbs for a 700k PPOR. Would be good to find someone who also has good knowledge of renovations and Sub-divisions where possible.

Currently based in Syd with no chance of moving down to do the leg work plus would be good to get someone who can guide us through the process and help deliver value. I know it's a busy market at the moment but happy to wait for the right BA who will give us a bang for our buck.

Otherwise need to revise your budget significantly for a $700k house for a PPOR in Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
