Buyers Agent Performance

Hi There,

I have searched this forum and have not been able to find a post which answers my question. I am considering Metropole for Buyers Agent service and wanted to hear from those who have used their service:

• What returns / Capital Growth have your properties experienced?
• When was your investment property/ies purchased?
• What location?
• Would you use them again?

Again I know there are 9 pages with posts that mention them, but nothing addressing specific performance measures which I am keen to find out.

all the podcasts have very intrusive sale pitches how they end if u listen then them. I would defenitely ask for clients phone no s to call and confirm ..

 

That tells me what I need to know.

 

I’m actually going to their property update seminar next month in Sydney (yes I paid for the ticket). I do enjoy listening to Michael’s podcast but sometimes it does sound more like an extended sales pitch + motivational talk, and less in-depth property insights. I’m also wary of being sucked in to a “system” so will see how it goes at their seminar.

 

I also suggest having a chat with buyers agent Veronica Morgan who specialise in inner ring and lower north shore Sydney. I haven’t used her as a buyers agent before and I suspect she won’t come cheap, but she sounds very knowledgeable and no ******** - she hosts a podcast which I highly recommend: The Elephant in the Room Property Podcast | Australian real estate

I listen to the ones you’ve suggested as well, they’re ok.
