Buyers Agent Melbourne?

Hi Guys, looking for a honest, reliable buyers agent in Melbourne, that doesn't charge an arm and a leg??

My budget is 300K and i'm looking to purchase in the following areas: Melton and surrounding suburbs, Werribee, Wyndham Vale and Hoppers Crossing (although these places are a bit more than 300K) and also Also Pakenham and surrounding suburbs - preferably 3 bedroom house. Happy to consider any other suburb recommendations too.

I have been searching on here for ideas for months and spending hours on Domain going around in circles so looking for some guidence, would be much appreciated.

Bank approve at 300k mate.

 

I know it's not that much in Melbourne ATM, but thinking maybe a BA could help out

 

300k opportunities are almost extinct now. If you xan increase it to 325 to 350k. Ample opportunities in all the areas you have mentioned and more.

Yea I know that's what I thought having been looking for quite some time now. I can see if I can raise the extra funds and get some advice from the BA.
