    I'm looking to buy something in melbourne in the coming weeks, I want a BA who's deeply familiar with planning laws of the various councils in Melbourne and can advise on deals that have potential / good value. Any recommendations? Feel free to PM me as well - I'd like to know the fee structure too (retainer + remainder terms) thanks

    Both are great and between them they cover most of Melbourne and satellite cities. You'll have to ask them directly about fee structures.

    I've recently shared a mutual client with @JacM - from my perspective she was very efficient, knowledgeable and passionate about the service she delivers.

    I know there's concerns on the forum re business members recommending other business members - but this was my own personal experience so happy to give credit where it's due. Obviously conduct your own due diligence.

    Mike's quite good at what he does, but I haven't spoken with him in a long time.

    The reason I tend to recommend Jacqui & Lisa is because I'm more frequently in touch with them and know what they're up to. Interstate I know plenty of male BAs.

    With all due respect to the reco's above - seek recommendations from interstate investors who have used the services of someone - and perhaps get some references from the BA's of satisfied PC members that you can contact.
